Marco
Boni,
abile
restauratore
di
dipinti
e
pittore,
appartenente
ad
una
famiglia
di
antiquari,
ha
il
suo
studio
nel
cuore
di
San
Frediano
È
proprio
in
questo
quartiere
che
sono
nato,
vivo
e
lavoro.
Dopo
il
diploma
c/o
l'istituto
d'arte
di
Firenze
inizia
il
training
nella
bottega
del
maestro
restauratore
Mario
Gensini,
il
più
importante
luogo
di
restauro
di
dipinti
antichi
in
Firenze
e
Europa
ed
insieme
cominciai
la
mia
esperienza
all'estero
tra
cui
Parigi
e
Teheran.
Dopo
svariati
anni
passati
a
fianco
del
mio
maestro
acquisendo
un
bagaglio
enorme
di
tecniche
del
restauro
aprii
la
bottega
da
dove
sono
passate
opere
di
notevole
fama
e
prestigio
affermandomi
tra
gli
antiquari
e
privati
di
tutta
Italia.
E
da
questo
contatto
continuo
con
queste
opere
di
svariate
epoche
è
nata
in
me
l'ispirazione
di
creare
un
mio
stile:
"L'arte
è
un
fatto
esclusivamente
umano.E
l'uomo
incomincia
dove
interviene
il
controllo
e
la
scelta."Tele
ispirate,
soprattutto
alla
scultura
classica,
in
particolare
di
Michelangelo.
Con
le
marmoree
statue
delle
Cappelle
Medicee.
Ma
il
primo
in
assoluto
è
stato
il
maestoso
David,
con
una
rivisitazione
più
tecnica,
realista
e
meno
espressiva,
in
seguito
rielaborata
in
maniera
più
malinconica.
Alcune
sculture
dell'Eur
popolano
altri
quadri,
Giambologna,
Luca
della
Robbia
e
Antonio
Canova.
Ultimamente
si
è
dedicato
alla
pittura
Fiamminga
elaborando
il
concetto
di
essa in una sua visione. Apprezzando la bellezza della sua città natale, Firenze, dipinge il suo profumo.

away
from
the
famous
gate
and
the
Santa
Rosa
Tower,
in
via
Lungo
le
Mura
di
Santa
Rosa,
3I
was
born
in
this
part
of
Florence
and
I
still
live
and
work
here.
I
studied
at
the
Art
Institute
of
Florence
where
I
got
my
Arts
Master.
I
started
my
training
with
Maestro
Restorer
Mario
Gensini
restorer
of
antique
painting
of
Florence
and
Europe,
when
I
started
my
work
experienaffirmed
myself
amongst
the
biggest
antiquarians
and
private
clients
of
Italy.
From
these
uninterrupted
contacts
of
works
of
various
periods,
I
got
the
inspiration
to
create
my
own
painting
style:
"Art
is
an
exclusive
human
factor
and
man
starts
where
his
control
and
choice
begins"
Canvasses
inspired
mainly
to
the
classic
Michelangelo's
sculpture
and
to
the
marble
statues
from
the
Medici
Chapels.
However,
the
most
important
one
was
the
Michelangelo's
David,
with
a
revisited,
realistic
technique,
less
expressive,
but
more
elaborated
with
a
melancholic
trace.
Some
of
the
Eur
sculptures
fill
the
other
works,
which
have
been
made
with
tempera
and
oil.
Other
inspirations
came
from
the
French
sculptor
Auguste
Rodin,
and
Giambologna
with
theirfascinating
bronze
shadows
and
Luca
della
Robbia
,
Antonio
Canova.
Lately
he
has
dedicated
himself
to
Flemish
painting,
elaborating
the
concept
of
it
in
his own vision. Appreciating the beauty of his hometown, Florence, he paints his scent.
